They settled in Sangui City, where her mother found work as a maid for the prominent Greyhill family. The head of the household, Roland Greyhill, is one of the city's most respected and successful business leaders, though his ill-gotten wealth comes from a lifetime of corruption and crime. So when Tina's mother is found shot to death in Mr. Greyhill's personal study, Tina knows exactly who's behind her mother's murder. Four years later, Tina's become an expert thief. Her training with the Goondas, the local criminal element, taught her how to blend in, how to disappear without a trace--as if she were never there.
